Sochesta is a Bangladesh-based lifestyle store offering custom tailoring, ready-to-wear clothing, T-shirts, perfume oils, and selected everyday essentials.
Product Information
We try our best to provide accurate product details, including price, size, color, fabric, fragrance type, and product description. Product colors may slightly vary because of lighting, photography, screen settings, or fabric differences.
Orders
After placing an order, our team may contact you by phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order, size, delivery address, and other details.
Sochesta may cancel or hold any order if the information is incomplete, incorrect, suspicious, or if the customer cannot be reached for confirmation.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, and delivery charges may change without prior notice.
We may offer Cash on Delivery, mobile banking, bank transfer, or online payment depending on availability.
Custom Tailoring
For custom tailoring orders, customers must provide correct measurements and required details. Once tailoring work has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Custom-made or altered products may not be eligible for regular return or exchange unless there is a confirmed defect, wrong item, or mistake from our side.
Ready-to-Wear Clothing
Ready-to-wear items such as shirts, Panjabi, T-shirts, caps, and casual wear should be checked properly after receiving.
Size exchange may be possible depending on product condition and stock availability. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
Perfume Oils
Perfume oils are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, broken skin, or sensitive areas. If irritation occurs, please stop using the product.
Fragrance performance may vary depending on skin type, weather, storage, and personal use. Sochesta does not claim any medical benefit from perfume oils.
Delivery
We deliver orders through courier or delivery partners. Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier service, public holidays, weather, political situation, or other issues outside our control.
Customers must provide a correct phone number and delivery address. Sochesta will not be responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability.
Return and Exchange
Return or exchange requests must follow our Return & Exchange Policy. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
Products with stains, perfume smell, sweat marks, damage, washing marks, or signs of use may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before the product is shipped or before custom tailoring work has started. Once the order is processed, shipped, or customized, cancellation may not be possible.

You agree not to misuse our website, place fake orders, provide false information, attempt fraud, or interfere with the normal operation of the website.
