Delivery Area

We deliver products across Bangladesh through courier and delivery partners.

Delivery Charge

Our regular delivery charges are:

Inside Dhaka: BDT 80
Outside Dhaka: BDT 130

Delivery charges may change depending on location, product type, courier service, campaign offer, or special situation.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

Inside Dhaka: Usually 1–3 working days
Outside Dhaka: Usually 2–5 working days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather, political situations, incorrect address, or customer unavailability.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, our team may contact you by phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp to confirm your order, size, delivery address, and other details.

If we cannot reach you for confirmation, your order may be delayed, held, or cancelled.

Custom Tailoring Orders

For custom tailoring orders, delivery time may be longer because the product is made according to your measurement, fitting, and preference.

Estimated delivery time for custom tailoring orders will be shared during order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products and locations. Customers must pay the full order amount, including delivery charge, at the time of delivery.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide a correct phone number, full delivery address, and necessary delivery instructions.

Sochesta will not be responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect address, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to receive the parcel.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos or video proof.

We will review the issue and provide support according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
