At Sochesta, we want customers to shop with confidence. This Return & Exchange Policy explains how returns and exchanges work for our custom tailoring, ready-to-wear clothing, T-shirts, perfume oils, and other products.
Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange if you receive a wrong product, wrong size, damaged item, defective item, or if the product does not match your confirmed order.
For ready-to-wear clothing, size exchange may be possible depending on product condition and stock availability.
Exchange Time Limit
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, phone number, and clear photos or video of the product.
Product Condition
To be eligible for exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
Products with stains, perfume smell, sweat marks, washing marks, damage, alteration, or signs of use may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Custom Tailoring Products
Custom tailoring products are made according to customer measurements and personal preferences. For this reason, custom-made or altered products are not eligible for regular return or exchange.
However, if there is a confirmed mistake from our side, wrong product, or major defect, we will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Ready-to-Wear Clothing
Ready-to-wear products such as shirts, Panjabi, T-shirts, caps, and casual wear may be eligible for size exchange if the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
Exchange depends on stock availability. If the requested size or product is not available, we may suggest another suitable option.
Perfume Oils
For hygiene and safety reasons, perfume oils cannot be returned or exchanged after opening or use.
If you receive a wrong, leaked, damaged, or incorrect perfume oil, please contact us immediately with clear photos or video proof.
Return Policy
We generally offer exchange instead of return. A return may be considered only if the product is damaged, defective, wrong, or if an exchange is not possible.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Delivery Charge
For regular size exchange, customers may need to pay the delivery or courier charge.
If the exchange is required because of a mistake from Sochesta, such as wrong product or confirmed defect, we will review the issue and support accordingly.
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us with the following information:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Phone number used for the order
- Reason for exchange
- Clear photos or video of the product
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items may not be accepted for return or exchange:
- Used, washed, damaged, or altered products
- Products with stains, perfume smell, sweat marks, or signs of use
- Custom tailoring products made according to customer measurements
- Opened or used perfume oils
- Products without proper order information
